Lifetime E-Mail Information Request

Information "Lifetime E-Mail Forwarding" is available to current students and graduates of Oregon State University. This will be an OSU address, of the form "NAME@lifetime.oregonstate.edu", that stays with you for life (once established).

Note: An "address" is not an e-mail account. The address will just be a permanent means of forwarding to whatever e-mail account you are using at any given time. E-mail sent to this permanent OSU address will be forwarded to an address of your choice. This will normally be an Internet Service Provider (ISP) that you are subscribing to.

Important: This form is intended for those OSU alums that graduated prior to Summer Term 1991. If you are a current student or graduated since Spring Term 1991, please use the following link to create or update your "Lifetime E-mail Forwarding Address": Student Information Online Access.
