If you fill out the following form, the appropriate information will be sent to you electronically and/or by surface mail.

InformationPlease choose the student type that best describes you from the list below.

  • First Year U.S. CITIZEN/U.S. PERMANENT RESIDENT: Currently in high school, or graduated from high school with fewer than 36 (24 semester) college credits, or holds a GED.
  • Transfer U.S. CITIZEN/U.S. PERMANENT RESIDENT: Successfully completed a minimum of 36 quarter (24 semester) graded, transferable credits from a regionally accredited college or university.
  • Graduate U.S. CITIZEN/U.S. PERMANENT RESIDENT: Applying to a masters or doctoral program; earned a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited college or university.

  • First Year INTERNATIONAL: Not a U.S. citizen/U.S. permanent resident; currently in high school or high school graduate with fewer than 36 quarter (24 semester) college credits, or GED holder.
  • Transfer INTERNATIONAL: Not a U.S. citizen/U.S. permanent resident; successfully completed a minimum of 36 quarter (24 semester) graded, transferable credits from an accredited college or university.
  • Graduate INTERNATIONAL: Not a U.S. citizen/U.S. permanent resident; applying to a masters or doctoral program; earned a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.

  • Ecampus (Online Degrees): Pursuing courses via online learning either for degree completion or self-enrichment. (for both U.S. and International applicants)
